Kamagra (Sildenafil) is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor drug is used to treat impotence or erectile dysfunction. It helps in sexual stimulation by inducing blood flow into the penis to achieve and maintain the erection. Not intended for women and children, this drug is neither a protection against STDs like HIV nor a guarantee for safe sex.
Special precautions to take
Kamagra must not be taken if you are currently taking nitrates such as isosorbide, nitroprusside, or nitroglycerin tablets, patches, or ointments. To be on the safe side, inform your doctor of any of the following conditions, whether present or pre-existing or recently occurring: penile angulation or fibrosis, prolonged erection or priapism, sickle cell anemia, leukemia or myeloma, eye diseases, kidney or liver diseases, bleeding disorders, stomach ulcers, and heart problems including heart attack, arrhythmia, heart failure, coronary arterial disease with angina or aortic stenosis, stroke, and hypersensitivity. Allergies are also on the watch-list and should not be ignored.
Directions for use
Kamagra is best taken orally between four hours and 45 minutes before sexual activity. You can also take it according to your doctor’s instructions. Do not exceed the once daily dose. If you experience a delayed reaction or potent effect of the drug, review your recent meals as a high-fat meal taken shortly before this drug is ingested may cause a delay in the potent effect of this drug.

Other Cautions
If you get an allergic reaction, stop the use of this drug immediately. As Kamagra sometimes cause dizziness or vision problems, do not drive or operate machinery while under this drug’s influence. Use of this drug in conjunction with alcohol greatly increases the risk you are exposed to in driving or performing other sensitive or potentially dangerous tasks.
You may think you are developing an immunity to this drug’s effects and may decide to increase your personal dosage. That’s totally unacceptable! You can only exceed the recommended dose upon clearance of your doctor who will have to consider your conditions before advising you to do so. There have been rare instances of users of this drug having had changes in heart rhythms or irregular heartbeats. The kind and quantity of dosage may be contributory to this. Side effects
Take heed of the following in the use of this drug: headaches, flushing, upset stomach, heartburn, clogged nasal passages, diarrhea, dizzy spells, lightheadedness. Vision may also be impaired when you get increasingly sensitive to light, when your vision gets blurred without any reason to be so, or you get to be color-blind. If these symptoms occur in increasing frequency and intensity, consult your doctor immediately.
Overdose
If you begin to suffer from dizzy or fainting spells, or had unusually prolonged and painful erection, you may have had an overdose. Get immediate medical attention.
